How to Send an OTA SMS

1. Look in your owner's manual for 'Short Codes.' If you do not have any short codes listed in your manual, contact your wireless provider and ask for a list of short codes to update your phone.
2. Update the data profile for your phone using an OTA SMS, as an example, using the Sprint network. If you have a phone on the Sprint network, type '##3282.'
3. Select 'Edit,' and choose 'Update Data Profile.' The Sprint network will reprovision your data profile on your phone.
