How to Send Free Text Messages From a PC to a Mobile

1. Go to the website Text4Free (see Resources for link).
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. Enter the cell phone number of the text recipient in the 'Number' field. Also, select the corresponding cell phone carrier.
4. Enter the message in the message box. You can write up to 140 characters.
5. Include your name at the end of the message, if you want the recipient to reply to this message.
6. Enter the security code on the website as you see it in the image.
7. Click 'Send Message.'

8. Go to the Email2SMS website (see Resources for link).
9. Enter the cell phone number of the text recipient in the 'Number' field. Enter the country code as well, for instance, +7-916-123-4567 (you can add the dashes or spaces if you want).
10. Add the number to your phone book if you want. Email2SMS allows you to add phone numbers to website's phone book so you don't have to type the number every time you text from the website. Check the box next to 'Add this phone into your phone book as...' Also, type the name of the person in the respective field so the phone book saves the number with the person's name.
11. Enter the message in the message box. To receive a message reply, include your name at the end of message.
12. Click 'Send SMS.'

13. Go to SMSFree4All (see Resources).
14. Select the country where you want to send the text.
15. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Enter the cell phone number of the text recipient in the 'Send SMS to Number' field. Also, select the corresponding cell phone carrier.
16. Enter the message in the message box. Also, enter the security code on the website as you see it in the image.
17. Click 'Submit.'
